This website is owned and operated by Mid East Food Centre (“Mid East Foods”) for your personal non-commercial use and information. Your use of this website is subject to the following terms and all applicable laws. By accessing and browsing this website, you accept, without limitation or qualification, these terms. You must be aged 18 or older, and have completed the registration process to participate in any of the online services provided by Mideastfoods.com. Only one person per household may register with Mid East Foods.

Mid East Foods will attempt to update product information when changes come to the attention of Mid East Foods. However, Mid East Foods is not responsible for any inaccuracy or misstatement of any such information.

Mid East Foods does not guarantee any price listed in the weekly specials section, nor does it guarantee availability.

A product may be listed in the Our Products section does not guarantee we have that item in stock. Please call ahead to verify we have exactly what you are looking for, (613) 244-2525.

Ordering Policy
Mid East Foods require 48 hours lead time for delivery orders and 24 hour lead time for a pick up order. Orders placed for delivery must be paid for at the time of order and delivery charges will be added.

The prices quoted on our web site at the time of your order are estimated prices only. You will be charged the prices quoted for products you have selected for purchase at the time your order is processed. The actual order value cannot be determined until the day of delivery because the prices quoted on the Web site may vary either above or below the prices in the store on the date your order is filled and delivered.

Mid East Foods, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, with or without cause or reason. Mid East Foods reserves the right to add, delete or change fees or charges at any time upon notice as provided in this Agreement.

Payment Information
No charges and no portion of your order will be applied to your credit card via this website. The current payment option on Mideastfoods.com is for you, the customer, to fill out the order form and submit it online. We will then receive the order and contact you via email or telephone to confirm the order and the price.

When both parties have agreed on the order, a Mid East Foods representative will call you to ask for authorization to process your credit card. You must provide Mid East Foods with an accurate and complete credit card number and expiration date at the time of checkout.

If you prefer to come in and talk to a representative in the store concerning your order, a Mid East Foods representative will guide you through your order and process your credit card at the store check out, or if you prefer to make a cash, debit or cheque deposit.

Delivery Policy
We require a 48 hour lead time for delivery orders. Orders placed for delivery must be paid for at the time of order. A delivery fee applies to all orders and is non-refundable. Delivery charges in the Ottawa area will be determined at the time of order and may change at any time. Orders placed that total $100 CDN before taxes, and that fall within the delivery area determined by Mid East Foods will not be charged a delivery fee.

At this time, we will deliver the catering order within the Ottawa area, as specified on the postal code map. We may deliver outside of these areas on a case by case basis and additional charges will apply. Please inquire upon ordering.

Due to the possibility of circumstances beyond our control we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time of day, although every effort will be made to do so.

Delivery times will be as agreed at the time of order. The goods will be retained by the driver if no adult is at the delivery address when the delivery is attempted. The driver will leave notification of delivery and will telephone to reschedule delivery or will return later the same day. Deliveries will only be made to the address that is indicated on the order form. An additional charge may be incurred to make an additional delivery should there not be anyone to receive the original delivery.
