Mid-East Foods is a family owned business, which since 1972, has met the specialty food needs of the ethnic community in the Regional Municipality of Ottawa-Carleton. Since our inception, Mid-East has evolved into four key areas of operation in the specialty food market: retailing (Mid-East Food Centre), wholesaling (Mid-East Food Distributors), catering (Mid-East Foods - Catering) and import/export.
